Enterprises that started with **Robotic Process Automation (RPA)** are now looking at the next leap: **Agentic Automation**. But what exactly is it, and why should leaders pay attention in 2025–2026? --- ## What is Agentic Automation? Agentic Automation refers to autonomous **AI-driven agents** that not only follow instructions but also *decide, adapt, and act proactively*. Unlike traditional RPA bots, which execute pre-defined rules, these agents orchestrate processes, interact with other agents, and solve complex problems dynamically. ## How is it different from RPA? **RPA** is rule-based, structured, and reactive. **Agentic Automation** is dynamic, autonomous, and proactive. Enterprises that combine both approaches gain operational resilience and adaptability. ## Why it matters in 2025–2026 - **Resilience:** Agents can adjust workflows in real time during disruptions. - **Scalability:** Autonomous agents grow capabilities without heavy coding. - **Innovation:** Enterprises gain competitive advantage by deploying automation that learns and adapts. ## Use cases for Agentic Automation - **Finance:** Detecting anomalies and adjusting workflows without human intervention. - **Operations:** Responding to supply chain changes in real time. - **Customer service:** Agents resolving end-to-end cases autonomously. --- ## *Conclusion* Agentic Automation is more than a buzzword. It’s the natural evolution of enterprise automation, and its importance will only grow in 2025–2026. Leaders who start experimenting now will be ready to unlock its full potential. **[👉 Curious about Agentic Automation?
